The kitchen team at Simons Paviljoen is inspired by the beautiful, wooded surroundings in which the pavilion is located. And you can taste that in our dishes. We consciously choose locally grown vegetables and fruit, and work as much as possible with fish, meat and dairy from animals that have had a good life. Honest, healthy and tasty dishes, that is what we present to our guests every day!
